1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Mostech IT Solutions ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Our Services

We provide website development, e-commerce development, mobile app development, custom software development, UI/UX design, and SEO & digital marketing services. All services are provided "as is" and on a project-specific basis as agreed in the signed proposal or agreement.

3. Project Scope & Quotations

Quotations are based on the scope defined at the time of quotation. Any additional work outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges, which will be communicated and approved before work begins. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be reasonably adjusted.

4. Payments

Payments are due as per the agreed terms. We may pause work if an invoice is overdue. A minimum project value applies, and project milestones may be billed progressively. All amounts are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise agreed.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverable is transferred to you. We retain the right to use the deliverable in our portfolio unless a written non-disclosure agreement is in place. Third-party assets (fonts, images, libraries) are licensed under their respective licenses.

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and all required materials (content, images, logos) needed to complete the project. Delays in providing these materials may extend the timeline.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data.

8. Support & Maintenance

Support terms are as agreed in your proposal. Unless a maintenance plan is purchased, support is limited to fixing defects in the delivered work for 30 days after launch. Additional changes or support are chargeable.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. Upon termination, you are responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date. Deliverables produced up to that point will be released upon full payment.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
